Processing and dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery estimate

Delivery normally takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays or courier disruptions may require additional time.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on the order and delivery destination. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the customer’s registered email address after the order is dispatched.

Transit damage

Our stone cookware is carefully packed for transportation. If an item arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
2. Provide a complete unboxing video beginning before the package seal is opened.
3. Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Eligible transit-damage claims will receive a replacement according to our replacement policy.
