This is an unpolished granite stone. The strength of granite takes pounding force and the rough finish provides a grinding surface. The size of the mortar is about 5 inches height and 5 inch diameter and inner depth is 3 inch. This can be used to ground ginger-garlic paste for curry, Pesto sauce for Pizza, spices for curry or chai.
